An "Introduction To Yoga'.
If you would like to start practising Yoga but fear walking into an established class, then this class will give you a good insight into what you can expect from a Yoga Class. Kate will be delighted to share that first step into Yoga with you and share her passion and knowledge of Yoga with you.
Katie will guide you through a slow paced Yoga class, introducing you to commonly used Yoga postures and Sun Salutations paying particular attention to correct alignment of each posture.
At the end of the class we will experience a a gentle flow piecing together the postures we have learnt and finish with a mind and body calming mediation.
After Class Katie will happily ask any questions you may have.
