Join Amanda on a four week Yoga course for complete Beginners, Wednesdays 6pm-7pm.

Start from the very beginning, learn Yoga breathing techniques, an understanding of Yoga philosophy and basic yoga postures that willl be the foundations of your Yoga practise.
